Batch 021: The Ol' Razzle Dazzle IPA - Imperial / Double 6% ABV, 40 IBU Dayton, OH
Red IPA with raspberries, lemons, and double dy hopped with Enigma hops All the buzz words in this guy. Fruited IPA, check. Double dry hop, check. New fun hop that is still en vogue, check. And this babe doesn't just have a sexy name either, its actually fucking delicious too. The enigma hops have a nice floral and citrus mixture of flavors, which is complemented by the healthy (and I mean we threw a fuck ton of fruit in) fruiting. A slight malt sweetness keeps it from being overly dry and drinkable. This is a guy you can do our favorite thing to do to beer, drink a bunch without getting overwhelmed. So do your thing, enjoy the upcoming warm weather, and throw all your haters a bunch of the ol' razzle dazzle!

Full Nelson, Saison / Farmhouse Ale, 6.4% ABV, 35 IBU Dayton, OH
Full Nelson Saison, a collaboration brew between D.R.A.F.T. competition winner Andy Melchers and WWBC. Andy's "Full Nelson Saison" won Best of Show at D.R.A.F.T. Saisonfest last May. Andy entered the D.R.A.F.T. Saisonfest with just one home-brew in the "hoppy saison" category - to the effect that it was more or less a traditional saison, but the hopping rates were increased (similar to that of an IPA) to emphasize the Nelson Sauvin hop. He named it "Full Nelson" because of the prodigious amount of Nelson hops used in the recipe. The hop provides a white grape aroma and flavor with a mild citrus note. This saison has a very mild bitterness with just enough bite to balance the beer

Split Shot, Stout - Milk / Sweet 5.6% ABV, 28 IBU Seattle, WA
Split Shot: Espresso Milk Stout. In Seattle, beer and coffee are like siblings, jealously dividing the day. It's a ticklish point as evening approaches, in fact, when the joys of the one give way to the other. And along with other more hard-bitten local industries, they compete for the attentions of a creative and often otherwise-distracted workforce, dividing the hip and tattooed into brewers and roasters, barkeeps and baristas. Split Shot Espresso Milk Stout brings all that together, combining the talents of Elysian Brewing and Stumptown Coffee in a deliciously smooth, very Northwest beer. A complex bill of malts hold it all together-Northwest pale, C-15 and C-45 dextrine malts, Franco-Belges kiln coffee malt, Black, Roasted and Chocolate malts and flaked oats. Magnum hops add a touch of bitterness and milk sugar sweetens just a bit. Cold-infused Stumptown coffee provide an invigorating richness. Split Shot will warm and sustain through spring's cool evenings, and the combination of coffee and stout will definitely keep your attention

Mama's Little Yella Pils, Pilsner - Czech 4.7% ABV, 35 IBU Longmont, CO
Mama's Little Yella Pils - Our upcoming new canned good is a small-batch version of the beer that made Pilsen, Czechoslovakia famous. Mama's is made with hearty amounts of pale malt, German specialty malts, and a blend of traditional (Saaz) and 21st century Bavarian hops. Our first canned lager, it's also fermented at cool temperatures with a German yeast. This tasteful reality Czech is the perfect antidote for the watered-down versions of pilsner clogging Americaâ's shelves. And Mama's gentle hopping (about 35 IBUs) and low ABV (just 5.3%) mean we're finally honoring consumer requests for a delicious but less-challenging beer. (Hey, we like a good low-dose session beer, too.) Look for our Gold Metal Winner on US shelves in March. Sadly, the Feds rejected our Take Two and Call Us in the Morning line on the can
