The weather is cooler and the days are shorter. It's time for some comfort food, and nothing says comfort louder than melting some cheese with friends, family & neighbors. In addition to our Fondue Mixes to go, we decided to turn our attention to an amazing, delicious Swiss melted cheese invention called RACLETTE. RACLETTE is a fun method of preparing and serving cheese, meats, vegetables, potatoes and bread in a warm atmosphere. In Switzerland and France, RACLETTE is as popular as FONDUE – leave it to them to come up with multiple methods to melt cheese. It is all so delicious. RACLETTE is a cool weather indoor treat, when friends and family sit around, munching on spicy sausages, sliced meats, crunchy pickled or fresh vegetables and baby potatoes, all topped with melted cheese, while drinking a crisp wine or cider. So think about a little treat and join us for a traditional meal with RACLETTE & CHEESE FONDUE
