We are happy to make concierge arrangements for you and your group at the various excellent restaurants or places of interest in the area. Please make sure to communicate to us any special requests before or during your stay and we will make sure to accommodate you! We offer a selection of concierge items under Guest Services section of the website. Choose from champagne, snack baskets, flowers and more that can be placed in your room before you arrive. A local spa is happy to offer massage and other spa services here in your room or at their location just 5 minutes away. We love to brag about our beautiful Inn. A welcoming atmosphere for weddings and special occasion celebrations, it easily accommodates reception for 150+ with plenty of room for dance floor, band and bar in a garden setting complete with Gazebo for ceremony. This unique Garden Pavilion is perfect for any gathering. Prices are based on a minimum guest count of 100 may vary for smaller groups. A variety of Party Packages and prices are available. Call 603.929.1437 to discuss your event and make an appointment to tour the property. includes:
Stock tables, chairs and white linens (tablecloths and napkins) for 150 - 200 guests.
Use of the Pavilion (30x48), Gazebo and grounds (Chairs for the ceremony at the gazebo are not included)

The Victoria Inn is fully licensed and insured and offers complete bar service on and off site. Customers and their guests are not allowed to bring alcohol onto the property. All liquor is supplied by The Victoria Inn.

We host corporate meetings and overnight retreats! The conference room is an option for small meetings or the Common Area is perfect for larger groups. The atmosphere is bright and cheerful. Large screen TV is mounted to make Power Point an easy option! An assortment of tables an chairs are available for use and included in the Rental Fee of $175.
Table/Chairs are included in rental price, ample parking. Additional set up fee may apply.
Events run 5 hours, total rental 6 hours includes 1 hour set up. Additional time is available at $50 per hour.

The Inn was traditionally decorated for the holidays making it a festive and warm atmosphere for everyone to gather, socialize and enjoy a delicious catered buffet. Tracey Dewhurst, owner, and her staff made it so easy for us to plan for this special night. All the guests commented " what a wonderful party and a great setting for a party". The Inn, located less than 1/2 mile from the Atlantic Ocean , is set on 5.6 acres of land and offers lodging and a reception facility all in one place. A beautiful property to visit for a weekend or extended stay get-a-way for two or bring all your friends and family! Lodging in the Main House accommodates 16 guests. Choose from 6 prrivate rooms, 2 are suites. Most rooms have spacious private bathrooms.All accommodations are elegant with a comfortable, cozy feel! A breakfast menu of fresh fruit, eggs, pancakes, french toast, thick bacon, juice, coffee and tea is offered each day.Over the years it has been restored and furnished with items from the past. and the present. The grounds are meticulously maintained and the Inn is open year round. We welcome families and we do not require a minimum stay. This unique propety offers the Main House, Pavilion and Gazebo.
The Victoria Inn Bed & Breakfast is approximately 5500 sq. ft.offering a large wrap around deck. The Main House first floor can accommodate parties of 60. Guests are welcomed in a grand foyer with 32X13 Living room with large fireplace, spacious, comfortable dining room, enclosed sunroom, meeting room, kitchen and bath on the first floor! Catering and Bar Service available. Fully licensed and insured. Perfect for intimate gatherings.
