PiYo is a hybrid, athletic workout, which combines the mind/body practices of yoga and Pilates, as well as the principles of stretch, strength training, conditioning and dynamic movement. During a PiYo class, you will find yourself standing in a yoga pose one minute, and down on the floor in a Pilates pose the next!.
Hiit Group Training Class
High intensity interval training (HIIT) is a great way to bump up your cardio and strength workouts to add intensity and variety to your workouts. So, what exactly is HIIT training? It's a type of interval training in which you alternate short, very high intensity intervals with longer, slower intervals to recover. Done in a group setting, will provide you with added support, motivation, and accountability that will aid in your progress over time. Because we keep our classes small (max 5 people) the instructor will give you the attention needed to make sure for is good and give modifications when needed.
