Learn body awareness and safety in this beginner trapeze session! You will learn balancing techniques and different ways to mount the apparatus from an experienced instructor who puts your safety first. Once you become comfortable with basic skills and improve your endurance you'll learn standing poses, sequencing skills, and transitions between poses. Trapeze will build endurance, awareness, and dance technique! Trust us -- gravity is for losers. It's time to fly!

Aerial arts will turn you -- and your workout regime -- upside down!
