The Sloppy Taco, the newest food truck to park in southwest Louisiana is here! A brother duo, family run, friend supported, savory slop chariot. At the helm, with cleaver in hand is mad-chef scientist Brett Stutes, with his wife wielding tongs of alabaster and gold Amanda, and brother Derek, the taco tech delivering perfect sauce precision. It is when their creative spices come together that they create a flavorful fuel that keeps this taco truck (and now brick-and-mortar) running.
