Kickboxing classes at the Shaolin Kung Fu Academy are designed for those men and women looking to learn the skill sets and physical conditioning of kickboxing without the contact. Learn to develop footwork, timing and proper punches and kicks, with instruction that focuses on pad training, parrying drills, floor conditioning and partner mitt drills.
