Formerly known as Cecilia’s, the club has consistently offered live international latin artists since 1991. Legendary salsa artists such as Marc Anthony, Gilberto Santa Rosa, Frankie Ruiz, Tito Rojas, Oscar D’Leon, Victor Manuelle and many, many others have performed on our stage. In 2008, the name was changed to The Salsa Room to reflect the clubs growing demand from the DC salsa community. The Salsa Room (TSR) has revamped its menu to reflect it’s diverse clientele. The new Latin Fusion concept offers tastes from the America’s to the Caribbean’s. Brunch is served on Sunday’s and we have a special lunch menu Monday through Friday. TSR is committed to using only fresh ingredients at an affordable price. Our distinctive menu offers fresh and authentic dishes like Ceviche, Gambas al Ajillo, Sopa de Lentejas, Sopa de Quinoa, Churrascos, Bisteck, Lomo Saltado, Aji de Fideo, Guiso de Garbanzos con Chorizo and many other delicious plates.
