The Roost is a full-service carry out & soon to be restaurant. We offer over 80 Soulfully Southern Cuisine (Soul FOOD BABY), menu items including breakfast, appetizers, seafood, chicken, salads, Bmore Soul Cheese steak subs, cobblers and other down home baked desserts. In contrast to many restaurant operations, all of our menu items are prepared in our kitchen using premium, fresh ingredients based on innovative and proprietary recipes.The Lake uses only all-natural, antibiotic free chicken, premium beef, and the freshest of fish.We are currently in the process of changing our cooking oils that contain no trans-fats.Our breakfast will begin starting November 11, 2009 (Monday) @ 7am.
