In 1994,the first rich garden restaurant opened in long beach,California featuring freshly prepared traditional Chinese and Asian cuisine.The founder,first generation Chinese-American, knew that they can deliver the more authentic testing style of Chinese just as quickly and conveniently as the more popular Chinese fast food restaurant they'd visited in the area. They grew up enjoying the authentic Chinese food their parents prepared and wanted to share in the tradition of true Chinese restaurants with ample portions at a modest price. customers soon realized that they didn't have to settle for Pre-Processed, re-heated foods just because their food was "Fast," and so the business grew.
