Class Description
Reform School
Full body reformation! Core focused class on the Pilates Reformer. The Reformer lengthens and firms the entire body through resistance training and incorporates focused cardio using the Reformer jump board. Aligning stretches and toning exercises using hand weights, Magic Circle, Tower, and/or Pilates mat work round out the class for a body transforming workout
Pilates Mat
A Pilates workout primarily using your own body weight and gravity for resistance. Tone your body starting at the core and working outward for a full body work out. The Pilates mat exercises lengthen the body with alignment focused stretches and controlled movements that strengthen the core supportive muscles of the body. These classes are taught on the floor using Pilates exercise mats. All levels welcome!
Tower Class
Transform your body as you burn fat and build lean muscle on the trapeze inspired Pilates Tower. You'll reach muscles you didn't even know you had!. The Tower transforms the body with a combination of aligning stretches and precise muscle sculpting movements that are intensified with the resistance of weighted springs.
Beginner Reform School
Full body reformation, for beginners! Core focused class on the Pilates Reformer. The Reformer lengthens and firms the entire body through resistance training and incorporates focused cardio using the Reformer jump board. Aligning stretches and toning exercises using hand weights, Magic Circle, Tower, and/or Pilates mat work round out the class for a body transforming workout. This class is designed for those students just getting started with Pilates. Learn all the Pilates basics!
Intermediate/Advanced Reform School
For experienced students only. Instructor approval required for enrollment. Please email pilates@thereformationstation.com for more information and enrollment approval. Prerequisite Notes - Mastery of the Classical Pilates intermediate reformer exercises required.
