This all-levels class will teach you the blocking, striking, and kicking techniques of this popular martial arts form. Central to the intent of this class is getting a great fitness workout while you learn. That means you'll be burning calories, building strength and flexibility, and increasing cardiovascular health in the process. Classes are mixed level, so anyone who is looking to get in shape and develop their fighting skills is welcome to join. Sometimes you need to go in feet first!
