Private lessons are the best way to maximize your goals and prevent injury. Each lesson is customized with individual instruction based on a clients needs. Private lessons are recommended prior to group classes and are highly recommended for those who suffer from injury.

Join us for a specially developed Pilates program geared specific to the common issues of the Male posture. Men will stretch their hamstrings, low back and Pecs while strengthening the muscles of the core. This program will build stamina and strength while gaining flexibility in the legs and torso. This hour class is dedicated to MEN ONLY! Perfect way to get ready for the upcoming sport Season! Saturdays 8:00-9:00am. Tuesdays 7:30-8:30pm. Wednesdays 6:00-7:00am.

Join us for a carefully instructed group class using the versatile Pilates Reformer to complete a series of exercises designed to integrate the mind with body using a combination of springs and body weight for resistance training. Exercises are performed on the moving carriage to help strengthen core muscles used for balance and control while developing flexibility. Exercises can be performed, seated, lying, prone or standing for endless ways to challenge the core! Prerequisite of private lessons are needed prior to joining this class. Pilates for Seniors
The 55 minute class will incorporate small Pilates props and consist of both seated and standing exercises: Improve Balance, Increase Stability, Reduce the Risk of Falling, Help Prevent Osteoporosis, Reduce Back Pain, Enhance Mental Clarity, Increase Range of Motion and Find Ease in Daily Routine.
Pilates Reformer (Begin/Inter)
Strengthen the core with fun variety of challenging exercises on the Reformer. Exercise can be performed seated, lying, standing or kneeling on a moving carriage! Class is appropriate for those who do not suffer from major injuries or do not need major modifications. Call 610-544-3730 for details. Prerequisite (s). Group Classes.
Cardio sculpt class will be a high-intensity class, focusing on bringing cardio level up and focusing on toning lean body muscles. This will be a 45 minute power packed workout session consisting of dynamic movements (such as high knees, jumping jacks, burpees, and Pilates exercises). We will focus on sculpting your arms, strengthening your abdominals, firming your legs and glutes through these dynamic/intense exercises. Low impact modifications will be provided. Pilates Reformer/Pole (Begin/Inter)
A Mixed equipment class using the Pilates Reformer as well as Pilates Pole. Shake up your workout routine with this 55 minute class. You will not get bored! Mens Series (All Levels)
A mixed equipment class geared to the specific issues of the Male posture. Focus is on stretching hamstrings, stretching the chest while strengthening abdominals and back. This hour is reserved for Men only!
Pilates Pole (Begin/Inter)
An equipment class primarily using the Pilates Pole to lengthen, articulate and mobilize the spine. Prerequisite (s). Group Classes.
Bones and Balance 6 weeks
This class is designed to target the individual who has experienced bone loss and/or is interested in preventing falls . Using the Pilates principles, each session will include movements to enhance awareness, posture, leg strength, and balance. The group will be guided in both seated and standing positions and ending with a short meditation to center and embrace the work. Register for all 6 weeks.
Pilates Combo (Begin/Inter)
A mixed equipment class. Beginner/Intermediate Level. Prerequisite of 10 or more Private lessons required. Prerequisite (s). Group Classes.
Pilates Combo (Inter/Adv)
This is high energy mixed equipment class that incorporates at least two of the primary pieces of Pilates equipment such as Pilates Pole, Pilates Reformer, Pilates Mat and Pilates Chair. No two classes are the same! Recommended for clients with minimum 1+ year Pilates experience. Prerequisite Notes: Prerequisite required prior to booking. Please call the studio prior to booking. A Beginner/ Intermediate group class working primarily on the Reformer while mixing in the other Pilates apparatus such as Mat, Chair or small props. Prerequisite (s). Group Classes.
PiYo Trial Class
Come to the mat and let the vibrant energy of PiYo flow through you this holiday weekend! Former ballet dancer Nancy Maas will guide you through a combination of beautiful flow moves and high intensity/low impact routines that will get your blood pumping while you work on those long lean muscles. Strengthening, lengthening, and dynamic, this flow class will move through yoga poses while building Pilates core strength. Come give PiYo a try during our introductory open class Saturday May 25 at 8 am! Please bring a mat if you have one, and flexible sneakers if you don't want to go barefoot. Pilates Slow Stretch Mat
Perfect class to ease into the new week. This is a Mat class focused on slower movements and tempo to highlight more of the stretching aspects Pilates has to offer. Don't worry there will still be challenging core exercises!
