Learn how to safely utilize the jumpboard while incorporating basic interval jumping techniques. This dynamic class is for clients new to the jumpboard, or anyone wanting to refresh their skills. The jumpboard is a padded plate that replaces the foot bar on the reformer and provides an excellent and non-weight bearing method to increase heart rate and burn some serious calories. This class not only targets all the different leg muscles and core abdominals while jumping, but also increases spinal stability, arm and back strength, and ends with a full body stretch series. Must have prior Reformer experience.

First, warming up the body through breath, proper alignment and core support, we then explore different planes of movement using the TRX suspension straps.Developed by The Navy Seals, TRX suspension training utilizes your own body weight and gravity allowing for full range movement and deep core conditioning. Like Pilates, TRX exercises improve overall functional fitness,developing greater strength, balance, flexibility and core stability, making them the perfect match.
