The Pig & The Sprout features a playful menu that embodies the dual nature of its name – with both hearty and light items – for guests looking to pig out on house-ground burgers, or eat like a rabbit with seasonally changing salads and vegetarian dishes. The bar program also embodies the split focus, with inventive cocktails paired to both palates. The design-forward space features concrete and steel elements juxtaposed with live climbing vines, antique books, mirrors and other eclectic details, as well as community tables that encourage camaraderie, and garage doors that further bring the outdoors in.
