The Pepin Mansion is a just restored (2013) 1851 built Italianate Tuscan Villa Mansion located on the famous New Albany Mansion Row. The Pepin Mansion is ideal for Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners, Private Parties and Business Meetings and Retreats. The Mansion is on The National Registry of Historic Properties with over 10,000 sq-ft in the main house and another 2,000 sq-ft in the restored Carriage House.
The Pepin Mansion is built on land purchased from the George Clark Estate an American Revolutionary Military Leader that opened up the Kentucky Territory and founded the city of Louisville. He is also the older brother of William C. Clark who led the historic Voyage of Discovery starting at the Falls of the Ohio (1/2 mile from the Pepin Mansion) and ending at the mouth of the Columbia River on the Pacific Ocean.
