The minimum requirements, exclusive of service charge and applicable taxes are as follow
Large party bookings are available as follow
Lunch: 11am, 1130am OR 1pm, 130pm; Dinner: 5pm, 530pm, 6pm OR 8pm, 830pm, 9pm
Seating configuration must be AS IS, utilizing existing Kitchen West furniture
All large private parties are required to select one of our private dining menus.
Dinner wine selection must be made in advance along with the menu selection. Any additional F&B needs must be coordinated with Director of Restaurants and/or Executive Chef or Kitchen West Chef de Cuisine
Please inform your restaurant manager of the number of guests attending your event no later than 48 business hours prior to the event
After that time a count may increase but cannot decrease
If the guaranteed number is not provided, the estimated attendance will become the guarantee
Final payment is due on the day of the event
Billing is to be on one (1) check (no individual guest checks), charged to either guest room account, credit card or pre-approved master account.
Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of total estimated revenue.
