Experience a little Reformer and a little Jumpboard class. Challenging reformer exercises light up your entire body, warming and priming legs and feet to jump for 30 minutes.This class is a perfect mix of sustained and explosive movement, as well as a good introduction for our 60 minute Jumpboard class.
Pilates Mat Mixed Level
Pilates Reformer Level 2
This class focuses on basic principles and alignment, as well as working the entire body, and then advance to more complex moves on the Pilates Reformer. In Level 2 we will work at an intermediate level. You will begin to advance moves that you are familiar with from Level 1-2. You will challenge your muscles and go deeper into exercises.
Pilates Jumpboard Level 2-3
In this class you will actually jump laying on your back! This is a total body cardio and core program that features innovative yet simple combinations that add variety and intensity to a reformer workout.
