It is a stew made with selected fresh vegetables and lentils, prepared with a variety of exotic spices. Chutney - the word chutney comes from chaat-na (to lick). So chutney is something that is finger-licking good. It is made by grinding ingredients or cooking some ingredients. Chutneys are always vegetarian and have a sour tang.

Curries and Entrees
All curry orders are served with pulao. Curry: simply means a dish with gravу specially suited to combine with rice. Indian curry is made by cooking vegetables along with various ingredients including thickening ogents ( ma by onions, coconut milk, ground seeds or nuts) and combination of spices, but using no flour. Curry recipes will be better understood if we work out the role that each ingredient plays in the recipe. Understanding the effect of each of the spices is complex. Spices are like musical notes and curries are melodies composed from them. Giving color to curry: 1) turmeric - yellow; 2) saffron - pale apricot; 3) red chlies - reddish brown; 4) fresh coriander leaves - green; 5) red tomatoes - pink or red; 6) onions - deep brown or dark brown; 7) coriander powder - dee brown.

Bread baskets - all our homestyle breads are made fresh for each order. Rotis- similar to the French word for roast, rotie, the indigenous breads of India, are unleavened breads, made from ground whole wheat. The dough is made by mixing water and flour together by hand.
