While we have always carried select, organic, and fair trade coffees at The Mill, it is only this year that we have officially become a Certified Organic Roaster (thanks to our friends at OneCert!). We are currently the only coffee roaster in Nebraska certified to roast 100% organic. Mill coffees are always handcrafted with precision to ensure the perfect flavor profile. Our Roasting team works in small batches, tasting and perfecting each roast along the way.
Our commitment to quality extends beyond the beans - we also strive to be socially responsible and environmentally conscious, ensuring that our products are sustainable and ethically sourced. For many years, we have been working closely with a specialty coffee importer who helps us ensure that there is a positive impact for the farmers and communities where our coffee is sourced. Mill coffee has always been the perfect choice for anyone who values quality, taste, and sustainability - now we’ve added the 100% Organic label.
