Gentle Yoga
If the movements of daily activities cause you discomfort or pain due to arthritis or joint pain, this is the class for you. This beginner level class will use yoga poses and sequences, (done seated in a chair, standing with a chair for support, and on a mat on the floor), to strengthen and condition joint muscle and connective tissue. With regular yoga practice, you may see a reduction in joint stiffness, an improvement in your balance and posture, and better overall mobility as your strength and muscle range of motion increases. This class will present a gentle physical practice, primarily seated in a chair or using a chair for standing support. Props, such as foam blocks and straps, will be used to make the yoga postures more accessible. Depending on class participants, there may be selected postures that can be practiced from a mat on the floor, if the student chooses to work from the mat. Breathing and meditation exercises will be blended into the physical practice, allowing deep relaxation and stress relief. This is an entry-level class, appropriate for the curious or new yoga practitioner of any age level and physical ability.
Pilates
Pilates is a fantastic exercise discipline based on the principles of breath, centering, control, precision, balance, stabilization and flexibility. Start feeling the ability to move stronger even after the first class! All Fitness levels are welcome!

Also, tight muscles can contribute to low back pain, leg pain, and postural changes. This class is a great option to help with some of that tightness. All fitness levels are welcome!
Zumba
Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance/fitness class, combining fast and slow rhythms and movement with easy-to-follow steps. Zumba blends cardio and muscle toning movement to burn calories and sculpt the body…BUT mostly Zumba provides healthy exercise in a fun, party-like environment. Zumba is fun, easy, and effective! This class will be customized to be appropriate for all levels of fitness, providing both low-intensity and moderate-intensity options.
