Check In/Check Out Hours
Please Check from 7am- 3pm.
The latest check in is 3pm because it give us enough time to get to know your dog and for your dog to get comfortable and exert energy before feeding/bedtime.
Check Out is 1pm.
$4/hour fee for each hour after 1pm with a maximum total late charge of $24 ( Additional dogs will be $2 per hour- 50% off)
We are open from 7am-7pm, drop offs can begin as early 7am by appointment only.
Please note: Our office hours are 9am-5pm (this is when we will be answering/returning calls or emails)
Additional Information
Upon returning home from a stay at The Madison, please do not give your dog any food or water for at least one hour.
Your dog will likely be very excited to be home and may gulp the food/water and upset their stomach. If you want to give your dog a small treat or a few ice cubes in a bowl this should be fine.

Boarding Service
You pet deserves a vacation while you're on vacation. Why not let them enjoy a luxurious get-away in one of our private suites, complete with beds, water and food dishes and soothing music. Whether for a night, a weekend or a month, our hospitable and trained staff will cater to your pet's every need. We are not responsible for any dogs that refuses to leave.
