BFM La Mandragore, Foreign Stout, 8.0 ABV
A strong dark winter beer brewed with barley and spelt. "It's a jet black delight with a very tight beige head. Its discreet nose musters torrefied notes, along with fresh ground pepper (from the goldings hops), and smoky, almost meaty touches. On the palate, its creamy roundness distinguishes it from conventional stouts, as light fresh note brings vigour before the very long licorice-like finish kicks in with its subdued bitterness
12oz Draft$12.00
BFM La Salamandre, Witbier, 6.3 ABV
Brewed with wheat- and barley malt, La Salamandre is a beer with a bloomy and tangy bouquet. On the palate, the subtle hints of yeast render the beer creamy with a tad o' tartness, which is typical for wheat beers. The finish is hardly bitter, but racy, with a taste of bitter orange zest and discrete hops

Black Hog Peach Gose, 4.2 ABV

8oz Draft$10.00
De Ranke Guldenberg, Belgian Strong Ale, 8.5 ABV
A strong blonde ale of about 8.5% alc. by volume that claims vaguely to be an abbey beer, Guldenberg bears no resemblance whatsoever to any Tripel you may have sampled, except in color perhaps. It is very hoppy and malty (though not quite as assertive as De Ranke's XX Bitter). Made in small batches only on the weekends, they are quickly gaining a reputation as the best specialty beers of Belgium
12oz Draft$10.00
De Ranke XX Bitter, Belgian Ale, 6.2 ABV
XX Bitter is a very weighty beer, aggressively brewed to be the hoppiest in Belgium. Some more delicate palates are put off right away. It is first of all remarkably hoppy and it persists in its hoppiness unto the bitter end but it does not want for balancing maltiness. In the middle is a barnyard Brettanomyces yeast character that is very reminiscent of Orval in its heyday. You might say this beer is Orval with everything turned up to 11, which is exactly what the brewers were seeking

A Belgian Quad by recipe, but aging it in spirits barrels garners its own category: Central Coast Quad. A beer formulated to sit on the sweeter and malty side so that we could utilize it for blending. Turbinado brown sugar from Mexico and Belgian candi sugar add wonderful molasses flavors. It has a full body and lush texture with barrel expression all over this beer: toasted oak, coconut, leather and cigar tobacco

Stone Enjoy By 10.31.15, Imperial/Double IPA, 9.4 ABV
This exquisite liquid patchwork of more than a dozen hops is a devastatingly fresh double IPA. Freshness is a key component of many beers especially big, hoppy IPAs but we've taken it further, a lot further, with this one. We brewed this IPA specifically NOT to last. We've gone to extensive lengths to ensure you get your hands on this beer within an extraordinarily short window, and we've sent a very clear message in the name of the beer itself that there is no better time than right NOW to enjoy this IPA!

The tastiest dark brew since the rollicking days of the infamous Donnybrook Fair, Donnybrook Stout offers unparalleled refreshment for an ale so deep in flavor and intrigue. Fresh, whole flower British and Slovenian hops provide the proper, earthy hint of 'the auld sod' while deep roasted barley and low alcohol keep Donnybrook Stout clean, smooth and flavorful. De Dolle Dulle Teve, Tripel, 10.0 ABV
De Dulle Teve is brewed in the tradition of a Belgian Triple. Its high density stems from large amounts of pale malt increased with pale candi sugar in the brew kettle. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, bottle-conditioned. De Dulle Teve keeps two to three years without major changes in taste. Further maturing, up to 10 years, will cause it to darken a little and lose some of its bitterness. The bittering of about 30 IBU is due to Goldings hops in the brew kettle
12oz. Bottle$18.00
De Dolle Oerbier, Dubbel, 9.0 ABV
