Koroneiki - (Spain) 684 - RobustThis is a very robust strong, early harvest, Koroneiki oil with well-balanced aroma, intense bitterness, and chili pepper-like pungency. There are some mild ripe olive undertones, but this oil has mostly leafy, green-olive herbaceous flavors such as cooked artichoke, green tea, nettle, black pepper and especially green banana

Aguilar (Spain) - Robust
Aguilar - (Spain) 348 - RobustThis oil has a nice fresh herbal and floral aroma. It is a medium-robust oil with fairly strong fruitiness, bitterness and pungency. The green fruit characteristics are dominant, but the undertone of ripe fruit gives it a pleasent roundness and depth. The herbaciusness is very complex with many different subtle flavors of grass, artichoke, green apple, green banana, mint and tomato leaves, but the tastes that stand out is green tea, nettle and black pepper

Tapi Pour Spout's are an easy pour spout that sits on top of your olive oil or balsamic vinegar bottles. Simply remove your bottles current cork and place the Tapi pour spout on instead. To use the Tapi pour spout, simply remove the black lid and pour your oil (you will see the inside of the tapi has a small cross like divider to slow the oil from pouring to fast). Once your have poured your desired amount simply place the black lid back on top of the tapi when done. This allows for a more controlled pour of your oil or balsamic
