About Us
The capacity crowds that throng the downtown Great Dane Pub each weekend led to the inevitable questions about where and when a second Great Dane would open. These questions were answered in December 2002 when The Great Dane Pub & Brewing Company in Fitchburg began operations at Hatchery Hill just off of Fish Hatchery Road. The explosive residential growth of Fitchburg combined with the lack of full service, quality area dining establishments made the choice of location easy. The Great Dane
