The Flour Shoppe was a dream that has become a passion for Samantha & Madison, the operating owners of the café. We began our careers as counter help for the former Roe's Casa Dolce Bakery until an opportunity presented itself to make the business our own. Since opening, with plenty of support from our community and loyal "regulars", The Flour Shoppe has let the customer's demands take the lead and guide us on a transition from a bakery to a café. To achieve ultimate satisfaction of our customers, The Flour Shoppe is executing a farm-to-table concept including a farm fresh menu, scratch baked goods, and Stumptown Coffee.
