The Fit Shop is an industrial fitness boutique that focuses on high-intensity training and the “afterburn effect”. Our workouts will prepare you to perform and function efficiently during your daily activities. Our studio resembles a vintage body shop which plays off the idea that our bodies function very similar to a car. Just like our cars needs a Tune Up, so do our bodies. We must be serviced, repaired, maintained and fueled properly. We train on The Body Shop floor, we fuel ourselves at the Junkless Filling Station, and we repair our bodies in the service and maintenance area.
