Our Online Reservation Policy
To ensure reservation in a class, please sign into your personal online profile and reserve your desired service ahead of time. Drop-ins and walk-ins are not allowed. All of our classes are semi-private and close at a capped capacity of 10 or 12 clients depending on the type of class. Reservations and cancellations must be done online by the client. Emails and voice messages are not acceptable forms of reservations or cancellations. Please read this carefully and know the new early, late and no show reservations. **No walk-ins please. Class reservations only.** Thank you!
Late Cancellations (8 Hours Prior to the Start of Class)
By reserving your spot in class, you are committing to showing up to class on time and ready to kick some butt. When you don't respectfully cancel a class reservation that you are unable to take, you are taking up a valuable spot in that class and a chance for someone else to transform their body. Please respect everyone's time and effort. If you need to cancel your class reservation, please do so at least 8 hours PRIOR to the start of class. If you do not cancel 8 hours PRIOR to the start of class, you will be charged a $15 Late Cancel Fee, however you will keep the class credit on your account. If you reserve a class, please show up. We understand that life happens, however if you get into the habit of early and late cancelling, your body will take longer to transform and it will throw you off your fitness course and goals. We value your transformation and want you to succeed. We use the term here at The Fit Factor. Click It, Do It, See it!
No Shows (No Show, No Cancellation, No Good)
We pride ourselves on having a small intimate studio and if you do not show up you are needlessly taking a valuable spot away from other Fit Fanatics that wish to enroll for class. If you do not show to class at all there will be a No Show Fee of $25 AND you will lose that class credit on your account. Remember: Click it, Do It, See It!
Class Wait List
That sucks! Your favorite class is full. But wait...there's Wait List availability. If a class is full, you may add yourself to the wait list. The wait list for all classes closes 12 hours prior to the start of a class. This means, if you want to be automatically added to a full class if someone else cancels out, you need to be on the wait list 12 hours PRIOR to that class time. If you get added into the class from the wait list, you'll get an email or text immediately. You're in so show up! After that, the class is only open for 'LIVE' openings. (*Bonus tip: getting into the class from the wait list is highly likely.) If you can't attend, make sure you cancel ASAP! What if the 12 hour mark has passed and I didn't get added from the wait list yet? Keep checking the 'LIVE' class roster for that particular class. You will get top priority for being added to a class, in the order of the wait list, before any other clients. Wait list has its advantages! Also, make sure to cancel out if you decide not to attend the class after all. If you are on the list, you are still responsible for either showing up or cancelling out if added to the class. Please be careful! It's your responsibility for all class charges, late cancels and/or no show fees for every wait list you join. What if the 12 hour mark has passed the wait list is closed and I want to take that class if a spot opens up? If you don't get into a class or on the wait list, check the LIVE schedule for any last minute openings. Again, please be careful and understand that it's your responsibility for all class charges, late cancels and/or no show fees.
For all First Time Fit Fanatics taking a class or fitness assessment
If you need to cancel your reservation for your first free class or fitness assessment, please do so at least 8 hours PRIOR the start of class/assessment. If you late cancel (see above), your free class/assessment will be forfeited. If you wish to take another class/assessment, there will be a single class/assessment charge of $25. Clients will no longer be eligible to receive a 2nd free class/assessment if he/she late cancels or no shows. **No walk-ins please. Class reservations only.**

Step 2 - ACCOUNT
Create an account in Mind Body Online to be used for all class bookings at The Fit Factor Studio.
Step 3 - SIGN UP
After you create a login and password and purchase your 14 Day Jump Start Program, pick your desired class time and training schedule. Enroll for classes in our class schedule one Mindbodyonline. Download our free app here: get.mndbdy.ly/s1ud/LMnaGrFGTs and sign up for classes right on your phone to make is so easy!
Step 4 - BEFORE CLASS
Arrive to class at least 10-15 minutes before your first class (Please note: We do not admit clients in to class after 10 minutes of the start of the class). Since it's your first class, you'll need time to get situated, learn the equipment, meet your instructor and sign your liability waiver.
Step 5 - CLASS
Bring a towel, water and arrive hydrated and nurtured to your first class. If you arrive dehydrated and hungry, your workout will be sluggish and training may be harder on the body. Take care of your body!

Achieve your optimal sleek, strong and defined physique with this H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) group class. Strengthen your entire body and crank up your heart rate in our signature 50 Minute Factor intense muscle building and heart pumping class. Work efficiently while having fun and building your best body now! Each class consists of weight bearing intervals with either weights or body weight. Your body will burn 300-700 calories (or more: depending on the intensity and BMI) in 50 minutes and will assist you in burning fat for the next 48 hours if training is completed properly and at your highest level of personal intensity. This is a high impact and high intensity class that will challenge you. This training is designed to confuse your muscles (It's a good confusion ;) Trust us.) and work your entire body. No two classes are ever the same. Some classes focus on certain body parts and can vary day to day. All levels are welcome.
Vinyasa Yoga - LIVESTREAM
Vinyasa Yoga uses breath to synchronize movement. You will flow from pose to pose smoothly, linking breath to movement, putting a focus on listening to your own body. Benefits of this practice include reducing stress, weight loss, healing injuries and emotional turmoil, increased focus and much more. All levels are welcome.
Flexibility and Flow - LIVESTREAM
Stretch your body, quiet your mind and feel the flow in this low impact training class. You will breathe deeply into some simple and more difficult stretches that allow for better flexibility, blood flow and peace of mind. This class is a gentle combination of mat Pilates, Yoga fundamentals and meditation. Give your body all the wonderful things it deserves. All levels are welcome
Body Flex - LIVESTREAM
Want a firm, tight butt? Want toned arms? Looking for a strong core and waistline? In this low impact class, you will be doing a combination of weight training and low impact cardio to strengthen and tone your muscles, lift your butt and hamstrings and develop strong abdominals and core. This class will help increase your strength and endurance at a low impact. Think 50 Minute Factor without the running and jumping. Equipment such as resistance bands and light to heavy weights are used to help tone your body. Perfect for those looking for body movement without the high intensity. Please be prepared with the following to the class, if you own them: Weight gloves, Comfortable fitness clothing, Water (at least 32 ounces), Towel (for sweat) This class is great for all levels.
Cardio Hip Hop
Cardio Hip Hop is a fun combination of fitness and hip hop dance movements. With no experience needed, you'll have the time of your life in this class learning a variety of hip hop moves along with a good cardio workout routine. You will love the music selection in this class ranging from old school hip hip to "new school." Traditional workout wear is not necessary for this class. Sweatshirts and t-shirts, or anything that you feel good in, will work! Wear you tennis shoes, bring your towel and water, and be ready to get your groove on and join the fun! All levels welcome.

Our space is a party in a box- we burn fat with exercises that strengthen your body in sections and isolate muscle groups.
