Rachel has been teaching pilates for over 20 years. She would like to invite you to immerse yourself in a complete and balanced fitness routine for your entire body at the Energy Within. Rachel and the instructors at Energy Within emphasize a strong pelvic core in all pilates training. You will gain enhanced muscular strength in your core, balance, increased joint mobility, and better posture, all while developing a long, lean, and toned physique.
Rachel keeps it personal. Attention to detail has helped clients achieve relief from common pain, tension and stress caused by the rigors of daily life. Energy Within has small classes of 4/5 students while teaching pilates athletic training, ensuring individual attention for your specific needs. Rachel focuses her full attention on each client to achieve their specific goals. Her clients come to increase muscle tone, improve athletic performance, manage pain, lose weight, or to recover from or prevent injury – and they succeed.
