Chef John Davidson, owner of The Crushery graduated from Johnson and Wales in Vail Co. in 1999. He traveled to Chicago and New York where he worked and perfected his skills at some of the finest restaurants such as; Rushmore and Gramercy Tavern before coming back to Denver to open The Crushery.
