QUESTION: What prompted you to open a restaurant in Palm Springs?
ANSWER: When I moved to the Coachella Valley five years ago, I really got back into cooking. I remodeled the kitchen at home, and my wife said to me, “You need to get yourself a restaurant.” My No. 1 concern is consistency of the food. We cook it fresh every day.
