Decaf Coffee
we use a water process for eliminating caffeine from our coffee beans instead of a chemical process. the green coffee beans are immersed in filtered water and allowed to soak in order to extract the caffeine. charcoal filters are used to separate the caffeine from the water. after the caffeine has been filtered from the water, the beans are soaked in the same water that contain the soluble flavor compounds so the beans can reabsorb the coffees original flavors and qualities. the end result is a 100% chemical free coffee that is 99.9% caffeine free.
