Minimum Skill Requirement(s): Shoulder Mounts Handsprings, Armpit Grips, Elbow Grips, Split Grip Variations. Note: Pole Climb and Basic inversion required for Pole Jam sessions.

Students will focus on tricks, combinations and transitions specifically designed for spinning pole. Minimum Skill Requirement(s): Ground/Arial Inversions, Climbing, Approval from Intermediate Spinning Pole Class Instructor, Studio Access. Dancers will receive aerial pole instruction involving inversions, shoulder mounts, creative grips, intricate spins and much more. The Intermediate Level I Class focuses on pole combinations and tricks that bridge the gap between Beginning Level II and Intermediate Level II pole instruction.
