Students will learn challenging pole combinations including advanced level inversions, holds, spins and drops using variety of grips. Minimum Skill Requirement(s): Shoulder Mounts Handsprings, Armpit Grips, Elbow Grips, Split Grip Variations. Note: Pole Climb and Basic inversion required for Pole Jam sessions.

Students will focus on tricks, combinations and transitions specifically designed for spinning pole. Minimum Skill Requirement(s): Ground/Arial Inversions, Climbing, Approval from Intermediate Spinning Pole Class Instructor, Studio Access. The studio is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Noho Lofts building.

Dancers will receive aerial pole instruction involving inversions, shoulder mounts, creative grips, intricate spins and much more. The Intermediate Level I Class focuses on pole combinations and tricks that bridge the gap between Beginning Level II and Intermediate Level II pole instruction.
