Our little BBQ joint specializes in slow-roasted pulled pork, ribs, beef brisket, turkey thighs, and country sausage. Each meat we prepare is dry-rubbed with a unique seasoning blend specially created to enhance the natural flavor of the meat. Our wings are smoked, which makes them different, but a step above the rest. We do have a hot BBQ wing sauce for dipping, but even sauce-less, they are still a real treat! We also smoke a variety of special weekend offerings such as: ham, duck breast, pork-tenderloin, veal and lamb chops, and a crowd favorite, portabella mushroom caps filled with a mixture of mouth watering toppings. Our home-style side dishes are made fresh in house, and we offer a variety of sauces to compliment our smoked flavors. To top it all off... we have a weekly rotation of seasonal fruit crisps too!
