Buster Brown Cocktail
Fill large Bar glass 2/3 full Shaved Ice. 1 teaspoonful Gum Syrup. 2 dashes Lemon Juice 2 dashes Orange Bitters. 1 jigger Whiskey. Stir; strain into Cocktail glass and serve
(Use a large bar glass.) One tablespoon of sugar, dissolved in a little water. Three or four dashes of lemon juice. Two or three dashes of curacoa. One wine-glass of brandy. One pony of vanilla cordial. Fill with fine ice. Mix well. Dress tastily with berries and fruit in season, and serve with a straw. Or you can flavor with a little vanilla extract instead of the cordial
There are many kinds of Collins, viz., John Collins, which is made with Holland gin; Tom Collins with Tom gin; Whiskey Collins with the liquor designated etc., etc. A Collins, however, is nothing more or less than a fizz; but it is usually made as a very long drink.
