THE BROTHER'S RESTAURANT serves you from a building that for more than 100 years has been part of RED BANK'S history. Once known as the WEST END HOTEL, it later became a local tavern. In 1957, Bill (Dilly) took over the business with his brother Tony, thus becoming "THE BROTHERS." Dilly was the fourth child in a family of 8 children. His parents, Assunta and Tobio Pecoraro, came to the US in 1908 from Naples Italy. After the loss of his brother his brother Tony in 1960, Dilly continued the restaurant as a family business. Millie, his sister, took over the kitchen, and her husband, Tony Cortese, worked as a bartender and all around handyman.
