Ride the wave of breath linked to movement and flow gracefully like the ocean's waves. Target those abs, arms, booty & legs to help create a dare to bare "Beach Body" ready for Galveston beaches. Reformer Level 2 is a continuation of Reformer Level 1 introducing the intermediate level of exercises on the reformer. The skill level increases, as well as the strength and stamina level. Knowing the names and the setup of exercises will test your memory, but deepen your Pilates Reformer experience in your body

See results quickly. Learn the basics of the reformer: the set-up for your body, equipment, springs, box, foot-bar, straps, extenders. Learn personal modifications. Four class sessions must be completed before progressing to Level 1 Reformer. No exceptions, unless you take a private session. Current clients may drop in if space allows
Yoga - Relax & Renew
This restorative-based yoga class targets the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis, spine and shoulders. It also includes supported postures, using bolsters, blankets and blocks, that promote deep relaxation. Breathing techniques and guided meditations will also be include to help restore the nervous system. Postures can be held for three to five minutes at a time. This type of meditative practice compliments more muscularly strenuous exercises, and is open to students of all levels. Expect to leave feeling delightfully relaxed, renewed, and restored! 60 mins

Each teacher brings a unique background of teaching experience from former and current work lives as fitness instructors, educators, dance teachers, performers, researchers, medical professionals and more. All hold certifications in specific types of mind/body exercise programs.
