he concept of The Barbeque Grill was born in Roanoke VA, early in the nineties. Roanoke had very few restaurants specializing in pulled pork barbecue. I have known many people in the Roanoke Valley that make extraordinary barbecue, just not at a restaurant. Most of the restaurants that offered barbecue used commercial products or oven (crock-pot) BBQ. Simply, the smoke, the sauce, and quite frankly the love was missing.
In 2006 the Barbeque Grill Incorporated was formed. The original concept started with only 2 sauces and a very limited menu. To date The Barbeque Grill offers 7 BBQ sauces and one Hot Sauce to choose from.
