Great for days when you're in a rush to get to work, back to the office, or are in a rush to get home for the day but need to squeeze in a solid but abbreviated workout. This safe and effective format is designed for all levels, but moves through setups and transitions quickly. We suggest taking at least 1 Mixed Level class before trying Bar Express.
