At Texas de Brazil, the skilled gauchos journey through the restaurant with the grilled meats on sword-like skewers taken directly off the grill, stopping at each table to carve slices for diners. Brazilian Cachaça, a Sugar Cane Spirit (such as Leblon Cachaça), Cane-sugar, Crushed ice, 1 fresh lime
Cut the fresh lime into eighths and put the pieces of lime into a glass. Spoon 2 teaspoons of cane sugar on top and crush the pieces of lime with a pestle. Add the crushed ice and 2 ounces of Cachaça. Shake vigorously. Cheers!!
