Any amount below the minimum package requirement of 45 guests or $2000 minimum will be considered a takeout order and can be ordered off a separate takeout menu. If additional serving dishes are rented, it is not Texas de Brazil's responsibility to clean and return these items. Catering execution capabilities are dependent on several factors; therefore the requested date and time might not be available. Only a certificate/promotion that is marked for 'catering' may be applied to the event
Deposit + Terms
Signed agreement and deposit will be required and is contingent upon the absence of accidents, natural disasters, or acts of nature. Texas de Brazil also reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions if unable to secure specified items upon notification to client. Deposit equal to food cost is due upon execution of agreement. Please make final payment to manager the day of the event. Texas de Brazil accepts cash, check or credit for deposit & cash or credit for final payment. Suggested gratuity is 18-20%. Taxes charged according to local rate. The client agrees to assume liability for any and all damages caused by guests or agents attending the function.
