Texas de Brazil will drop food off and set it up in a self-serve fashion. $4.50/mile will be charged for any destination over 7 miles from the restaurant
Staffed
Texas de Brazil will provide staff to serve guests as they come through the line and replenish dishes as needed. $15/hour/server will be applied – this includes set-up & teardown time. Additional time may be incurred for staff drive time. Texas de Brazil will determine the number of employees needed based on the number of guests. $4.50/mile will be charged for any destination over 7 miles from the restaurant
Grill Onsite
Texas de Brazil will grill onsite and assist in serving guests and replenishing dishes as needed. $250 grill fee will be applied. Texas de Brazil will determine if the event area is appropriate for grilling onsite. $15/hour/server will be applied – this includes set-up & teardown time needed.
