This technique comes to the United States straight from Southern Brazil, where Gauchos (cowboys) prepare meals over a campfire. At Texas de Brazil, the skilled gauchos journey through the restaurant with the grilled meats on sword-like skewers taken directly off the grill, stopping at each table to carve slices for diners. Deposit + Terms
Signed agreement and deposit will be required and is contingent upon the absence of accidents, natural disasters, or acts of nature. Texas de Brazil also reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions if unable to secure specified items upon notification to client. Deposit equal to food cost is due upon execution of agreement. Please make final payment to manager the day of the event. Texas de Brazil accepts cash, check or credit for deposit & cash or credit for final payment. Suggested gratuity is 18-20%. Taxes charged according to local rate. The client agrees to assume liability for any and all damages caused by guests or agents attending the function. How To Make Our Signature Brazilian Cocktail "The Caipirinha"
Ingredients
Brazilian Cachaça, a Sugar Cane Spirit (such as Leblon Cachaça); Simple Syrup; Ice; 1 fresh lime
Mixing Instructions
Cut the fresh lime into eighths and put the pieces of lime into a glass. Add 1 ounce of simple syrup on top and crush the pieces of lime with a pestle. Add the ice and 1.5 ounces of Cachaça. Shake vigorously. Cheers!!
