World Traveler Series
Released Bi-monthly (One Red and One White) If you have always wanted to be a traveler and experience wine tasting from all the wonderful wine regions in the world, then this club is for you! Each shipment from our World Travelers Series will consist of One Red and One White wine that has been hand selected to show off the best of what the world of wines has to offer. This club is perfect for those who are adventuresome and would love to experience new, eclectic and exciting varietals from all over the world....be it a sparkling French wine or a big and bold red from Argentina, a crisp white from Italy or a well loved domestic.... this series will experience it all.
Bold and Beautiful Series
Released Bi-monthly (Two Different Reds) For those with a more discerning taste and prefer a big robust wine, yet smooth and structured, than this is your club. Each shipment will consist of Two Red wines from around the world which have been carefully selected for this particular style. The wines in this series will surely attract those that are looking for that big, bold and ...we feel... beautiful wine as the name implies.

Our wine club is a bi-monthly club
Our wine club is a bi-monthly club (Jan, Mar, May, July, Sept, Nov). Wine is available for pickup on the 2nd Tuesday of the club month. We do not ship at this time. All wines must be picked up at Tessora's. Members credit cards will be charged on the 1st Tuesday of the club month. Changes or cancellations require a 30 day notice. We will not charge you storage for late pick-ups of your club selections, but we appreciate prompt pick-ups due to storage space. Members attending the Wine Club Release Event on the 2nd Tuesday of the club month will be able to exchange any newly released Wine Club selection for a wine of an equal or lesser value.

Tessora's Barra di Vino
Is the perfect location to have your next private event. Hosting a small or large party was never easier. Our patio and bar area can be customized to your events needs. Offering a wide variety of menu choices from our Seasonal Bistro, Artisan Craft Beer, and Wine selections, all that can be hand selected by you. You can create the perfect decor and music mood for any occasions. From corporate events, Holiday gatherings, birthdays, bridal showers, meet up groups, family gatherings, celebrations of life and more. Tessora's is easily located with a parking lot located right next store. We look forward to spending an evening with you and your friends.
Wine Pairing Wednesday Wine & Food Pairing
When: 15 April; Time: (Wednesday) 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Since we are all home and needing to spice up the routine we wanted to bring a fun wine and food pairing to you. Each Wednesday we are going to feature a wine you can get at Tessora's Barra di Vino and then pair it with food you can create at home. We will also give a suggestion of a pairing off our menu with the same wine if your not in the mood to cook! This weeks wine pairing is: Cambria Katherine's Vineyard Chardonnay 2017; Pairing from our menu: Buffalo Chicken Flat bread. What you can make and pair it with at home. Grilled Swordfish with Citrus, Saffron, and Mint. Step 1 Thaw fish, if frozen. Rinse fish; pat dry with paper towels. Set aside. In a small saucepan cook the green onions and garlic in the 2 tablespoons hot oil for 1 to 2 minutes or until onions are soft and garlic is fragrant. Remove saucepan from heat. Crumble saffron threads into oil mixture; stir. Remove from heat and let stand to infuse the saffron. Step 2 Meanwhile, cut a thin slice from one end of each orange and the lemon so fruit will sit level. Working on a cutting board, cut down from the top of the fruit to remove peel and white part of the rind. Working over a bowl to catch juices, remove the sections by cutting into the center of the fruit between one section and the membrane; cut along the other side of each section next to the membrane to free the section. Remove seeds. Step 3 Add saffron oil to bowl with fruit sections and teaspoon of the pepper. juices. Stir in mint, 1/4 teaspoon of the salt, and 1/4. Step 4 Lightly brush both sides of swordfish steaks with additional olive oil; sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt and the remaining 1/4 teaspoon pepper. For a charcoal or gas grill, grill fish on the rack of a covered grill directly over medium heat for 8 to 12 minutes or just until fish flakes when tested with a fork, turning once halfway through cooking time.Gently stir fruit-mint mixture to combine; spoon over fish. Serve immediately and enjoy!
