Since 2004 with thousands of graduates the BBQ Institute's Barbecue classes are so popular people fly in from all over the country and world to take our BBQ class. We teach our Pitmaster Secrets of BBQ class in Monroe Washington and are expanding our Texas BBQ school schedule for 2010. Texas BBQ classes are in Austin, Amarillo, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston and San Antonio. We've been teaching BBQ in Texas since 2006.
