It was my first visit with Breann (sp?) and I loved the experience. I went in feeling awful on a Friday evening after a long and difficult week. She started with a head, neck, and shoulder massage that started the relaxation process. Wonderful shampooing with a hot towel on my head after and a lovely hand and arm massage. By the time we got to the cut I was a much happier customer. Then the cut - she did a terrific job. She really understood what I was looking for. Overall, it was just a wonderful experience. I'm already booked with Brean for a color treatment in a month!

My facial was amazing. Crystal was friendly, professional, and helpful. My original intention was for exfoliation of some very dry and inflamed skin areas on my chin - due to too much sun in Mexico. Crystal was very gentle with the area and helped to start it on its healing process. She wasn't pushy trying to sell me a bunch of products but instead gave me some suggestions and advice for the area. I feel she went over and above in the very short time she had to work with since she squeezed me in as an urgent appointment. I've never been a big proponent of facials - as the ones I've had before were nothing more than a massage for my face. Crystal has changed my outlook and I look forward to these more regularly now

She actually listens. Which is huge. I know my hair and how it will work with certain cut and styles and she took all of that into account and cuts strategically. If you want to feel and look like a million dollars when you leave a salon then April is your girl! Not to mention she is the cutest thing in America. I have been in the store several times a year since 2014. This time was the best experience I have had. I made a purchase and I asked about getting double points. She assured me that my email was correct and today I would get double points. After my purchase was made she explained that I now have 8000 points. I have had a hard time finding someone that can pull off blonde for my hair. And I have never had my hair above my bra line. I completely trusted her to cut off over 6 inches ! The cut is amazing! Yesterday - I was in looking for shampoo. There was no Blue Malva on the shelf. The nice young lady at the counter (I did not see a name tag on her, sorry) looked in the drawers below the display and that was empty also. Then, she motioned to the front of the shop where there were many boxes from UPS. She asked if I had time to wait a bit while she went through the boxes to find the shampoo. Wa la! She found the shampoo and I am so grateful that she took that extra step to help me. I don't often get near that part of town so she saved me another trip. Thank you for having such caring employees

I had a fabulous experience! Jenna is wonderful. Very talented, caring and always remembers me, which I love. I went to the salon after a long day at work feeling tired and not really in the mood for a haircut. I was warmly welcomed and Jenna was ready for me very quickly. She gave me the head and shoulder massage, then a nice wash followed by the awesome hand treatment. I was quickly feeling much more relaxed and happy to be there.
