T2 Partner Elite Membership includes a Fit Evaluation and Personalized Fit Script every 12 weeks, plus a weekly half-hour personal training session with your own personal fit- ness coach. Each week you will meet with your coach for one half-hour, with 4 different protocols per month. You will be given Fitwork assignments which is a personalized program to guide you during your workouts without your personal trainer. You and your coach will then determine your specific goals and you will receive a program developed for you to achieve those goals. This membership also allows you 24-hour access to our Nashville fitness studio and unlimited use of all studio amenities

S3 Spin Strength Stairs
S3 (Spin Strength and Stairs) is a Takes 2 Fitness original concept. A combination of interval style training using spin bikes, strength training with weights, suspension bands, functional training and cardio fat burning work in the stairwell. This combination of training application has proven results. Lean and toned
TX2
Amplified cross training. This group training program is unbelievable. This is just like the popular T-2 training, but its amped up by using TRX band suspension, ropes, sleds work, olympic weights and kettlebell. This workout gives you the leanest, defined body possible
E-Training
As we strive to continue to be the leading innovators in the fitness arena, TAKES2FITNESS, now has taken the step to have the capability of training you, the client, at anytime, at any place, from the convenience of your home computer or mobile device. We have worked extremely hard to design the most state of the art program that can accommodate any type of training that may be desired. A Takes 2 Trainer will direct the client to start in one of three levels of difficulty: Fundamental, Experienced, or Advanced. These programs will also include videos for each flexibility and strength exercise with male and female views to accommodate all clients. This aspect of the program is the most distinguishable part of our designs. One is never left without a visual aid
