Microdermabrasion
This safe, non-surgical treatment gently removes dead, flaking skin and stimulates the production of new skin cells. After a series of treatments, most people notice that their skin tone is more uniform, hyper-pigmentation is reduced, wrinkles are refined, and scars and large pores are minimized. Some types of acne also respond well to regular Microdermabrasion treatments. In a Microdermabrasion treatment, the aesthetician uses a delicate hand-held instrument to polish the skin with micro-crystals creating a gentle abrasion of the skin. Two to twelve weekly sessions are usually needed to achieve the desired results, though improved appearance of the skin is often noticed immediately. Microdermabrasion is often combined with an appropriate finishing treatment such as Echo2 Oxygen or a Deep Pore Cleansing Facial

Soothing After Sun Bath
Here is a home-brewed soother for sunburn or heat rash.
This bath is made using tepid, not hot, water. Stock up on these ingredients now and keep them on hand at home or pack them when you head out for a beach vacation. Great for both kids and adults!
To make the bath, brew the herbal tea and cool before running a bath.
Bring a quart of water to a boil, remove from the stove and add dried herbs. You may use only one of the herbs on this list, or combine them in any way you like. Add ½ cup of dried herbs. Cover and steep at least 30 minutes
Herbs
Use one or any combination of Calendula flowers, Plantain leaves, Oat straw or whole rolled oats, Peppermint or Green tea (loose or in bags, 1 teabag is about 1 teaspoon of herb)
After you've steeped the tea, strain out the herbs and discard.
Now run a bath using tepid (not hot or cold) water, and add the strained herbal tea along with: 1/2 cup baking soda, 1/2 cup aloe gel or juice, 2 tablespoons honey
1 or 2 drops of lavender essential oil diluted into a small amount of whole milk or cream
Swirl ingredients around to mix them with the bath water.
Soak for at least 30 minutes.
Pour bath water over your shoulders and face (eyes closed!) or any place that is burned or inflamed. Ahhhhhh! Instant relief!
If you find you only have some of the above ingredients
go ahead and make the bath using whatever you have on hand, it will still be very soothing to the skin. Or contact Take Care for help finding them!
