Cupping
Cupping is a therapy in which heated glass cups or plastic cups are applied to the skin along the meridians of the body, creating suction as a way of stimulating the flow of energy. Generally, cupping is better combined with acupuncture in one treatment, but it can also be used alone. The suction and negative pressure provided by cupping can loosen muscles, encourage blood flow, and sedate the nervous system (which makes it an excellent treatment for high blood pressure). Cupping is used to relieve back and neck pains, stiff muscles, anxiety, fatigue, rheumatism, and even cellulite. For weight loss and cellulite treatments, oil is first applied to the skin, and then the cups are moved up and down the surrounding area. The cupping mark will gradually disappear in a few days. Cupping session takes from 10 minutes to 20 minutes.

Acupressure
Acupressure is part of traditional Chinese medicine and is often described as "acupuncture without the needles." As a non-intrusive precursor of acupuncture, acupressure uses finger pressure applied at certain points located along an invisible system of energy channels within the body called meridians. Because these points directly relate to organs and glands of the body, constrictions in the flow of energy at these points causes disease and discomfort. Acupressure stimulates these points to remove blockages, to increase the energy flow, to reduce stress, and to promote health and harmony in the body.

Deep Tissue
Deep Tissue Massage is designed to reach the deep portions of channels and muscles, specifically the individual muscle fibers. Using deep muscle compression and friction along the grain of the muscle, its purpose is to unstick the fibers of the muscles, stimulates channels, promotes blood circulation and immune function, and release both toxins and deeply held patterns of tension.

Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is now known as traditional massage that uses massage oil to make body skin smooth and loose muscle. It reduces sore and stress effectively. It includes long gliding strokes, kneading, friction, tapping, TuiNa, and shaking motions. It is effective for most ailments, because massaging the skin, the body's largest organ, sets up a chain reaction that produces a positive effect on all layers and systems of the body. It affects the nerves, muscles, glands, and circulation, and promotes health and well being.

Facial Massage
Facial massage is a very popular beauty treatment to slow down the aging process and achieve younger-looking and healthier skin. It is also used to relieve stress, migraine headache, premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and sinus congestion. Facial massage is part of a full-body treatment in which pressure points on the face and neck are stimulated in order to release blockages in the flow of Chi, or vital energy.

Foot Reflexology
This is an acupressure type technique performed on the feet and is based on the ancient oriental theory that meridian lines or pathways carry energy throughout the body. Because each zone or part of the body has a corresponding reflex point on the feet, stimulating that reflex point causes stimulation in the natural energy of the related organ. Crystalline-type deposits and/or tenderness indicate a dysfunction, and pressure is applied to clear out congestion and restore normal functioning and health.

As a miraculous and effective healing system, acupuncture and natural herbs have solved many healing problems for over 2000 years.
This healing system has become more understood and welcome today throughout the world as it offers an alternative way that modern medicine cannot be effectively resolved.
Acupuncture is a method of treatment that promotes the body's natural/self-healing power.
By insertion of sterilized needles and applying heat or electrical stimulation at precise and specific points, the treatment relieves pain and heals a variety of health problems.
Traditional Chinese medicine had discovered that inserting a small needle into the so-called "Acupuncture points" could rebalance vital energy (also known as "Chi") circulation in our body.
So the needling is also said: "To reduce what is excessive, increase what is deficient, warm what is cold, cool what is hot, circulate what is stagnant, move what is congealed, stabilize what is reckless, raise what is falling and lower what is rising." As the energy is circulated and balanced, it allows our body self-healing system to work and ultimately heals the disease.
As the purpose of acupuncture is to promote the body self-healing power, the application of acupuncture is limitless
