Our Knowledgeable caring teachers will guide you safely and enthusiastically through class whether you are doing this yoga for the first time or the thousandth. (We've been told we have the best hot yoga teachers at the Jersey Shore, and even in all of New Jersey- but we've always known that!) See our teachers. At Synergy, we offer two types of Hot Yoga.
